Deploy is a technology services company headquartered in Austin, Texas with offices in Los Angeles, New York, Belgrade and Sydney, Australia. We are currently looking for a freelance Visual Designer with strong user experience and interface design skills to work with us on current and upcoming mobile app and web projects. The ideal candidate will obviously have a strong understanding of design concepts but should also understand how design and technology can work together to create great product design and user experiences.

This is a freelance position and can be based anywhere in the world that has internet access ; )

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Strong visual concepting and design skills - ability to create visual designs that effectively communicate function and brand identit
• Strong understanding of user experience design and design best practices online
• Advanced knowlege and experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to explain rationale and justification for creative choices
• Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with other disciplines such as developers and QA
• Superb attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work well alone, manage own time and provide work estimates accurately
• 1-3 years of professional of digital design experience
• BA/BS or above preferred in graphic or interface design
